LMHP - LCSW - BCBA

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) to join our team. Please apply if you are a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or other LMHP.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, particularly focusing on children and those with developmental disabilities. The LMHP will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their personal goals.

Duties
  • Supervise client-facing staff, behavior technicians, and aides to support seamless care and team participation.
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments for clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Provide behavioral therapy and support to individuals with special education needs and developmental disabilities.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collect data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources for clients.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
  • Advocate for clients’ needs within the healthcare system and community resources.

​Qualifications
  • Current state licensure.
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to navigate medical records effectively.
  • Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and interventions.
  • Strong data collection skills for monitoring client outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A commitment to providing compassionate care while respecting client confidentiality.
