Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise client-facing staff, behavior technicians, and aides to support seamless care and team participation.
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments for clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide behavioral therapy and support to individuals with special education needs and developmental disabilities.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collect data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources for clients.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Advocate for clients’ needs within the healthcare system and community resources.
Qualifications
- Current state licensure.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to navigate medical records effectively.
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and interventions.
- Strong data collection skills for monitoring client outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A commitment to providing compassionate care while respecting client confidentiality.
